multiple cuts in object

Hello,

I need to perform a multiple cut to the object i attached. More specifically i need an edge every 50 cm in the x axis. Doing it with the slice plane its kinda of boring and in the end, the last part may not be very correct. Connecting edges does not work since this is a irregular ngon. Is there any script or something i can use for a task like this?
