Hi! just curious how do I unwrap this kind of model. I have broke the top and bottom part of the cylinder and one of the line in the middle of the object. I get this fan shaped uvw map but when I import it to substance 3D painter and apply a texture, it doesn't seems to be seemless.

You just need to straighten things up. I've attached an image. It shows one like your UVWs and one where I've used the Quick Tranform tools in UVW to straighten things up. Then, make sure your texture tiles at the edges and stretch your mesh to go from edge to edge in the UVW window so it minimizes any seam.
