Geometry squeeze for a certain value

Hi there, I have a question, if there a modifier/tool or 3rd party script which allows to "Squeeze" geometry for a certain value?

For example, I have a box with dimensions h-670 mm w-18 l-580, and i want to quickly "Squeeze" H and L dimensions for 2 mm inside to geometry. I always do this manually using edit poly vertex mode, is there a quicker and easier way to achieve this?

I know that there is Push modifier which allows to achieve this, but it also modifies W dimension, which shouldn't be modified. I hope that I explained this well, it would be great if someone could help me with this. Also attaching screenshot to be clear.

You can use the 'Transform Toolbox from the 'Edit' menu. Pick the axis, put in the value 'Size' you want and hit 'Set Size.' Do it in 'X' and then in 'Y', done... You can even pick what center or other reference to use for the change.
