How do I copy the pose of this hand to the other side?

Hello, I'm trying to copy the pose of the selected hand onto the derpy hand on the other side. I no longer have the biped options, I've taken a snapshot and I'm working with the rig (? I think that's what its called) now. I tried to use the mirror modify, but it didn't quite work the way I wanted it to unless I'm doing something wrong.
