Hey guys. Another noob question. How to connect these splines to create a surface between all of the shapes? I want to make a bathtub this way. Cheers guys!

there is lots you can do to build lines into sculpted object by adding a surface modifier on top of a crosssection modifier.

I kept a complete stack of modifiers where I:

drew 2 rectangles and 2 elipses,   In each form (rec, elip) i "Attach" each to its similar other, then add Crosssection and Surface.  I then used a Boolean Compound Object to take that square outer solid and "Subtract" the eliptical inner object.  I probably could have used Pro Cutter or ProBoolean but I'm less experienced with these.
