Can't complete the model/drawing?

Dear Experts,

Here I am explaining my scenario.

We have our own interior designing software tool.  we do the following step to upload a error free model into our software.

Step1 : We will develop new model in 3d max and will export in .fbx format.

Step2: To verify the model alignment we do import in 3d tool (unity).

Here with I am attaching the completed model in 3d max. (Step1)

But I am facing an issue while checking in unity too. please find the following screen shot.

Wall UnitWall Unit

So when we tried to import in unity its not being placed on ground. Kindly guide how to clear the issue.

Thanks,

Aiyswarya G

IN 3DS MAX. check the pivot location of your model... it should be at the bottom of the model
