any good tutorials out there for doing corbels, cartouches, etc?

Hello to all:

Does anyone know of any good MAX tutorials (paid OR free) out there for doing stuff like this:

http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-model-decorate-classical/576493

I just bought a small CNC router and Id like to start machining these kinds of things out of foam, wood, etc, but I'd like to make my own designs.

I have used MAX/VIZ in the past for architectural walk-throughs, so I am very comfortable working in the MAX environment...but I've not done any of the "flourishy, flowing-line stuff" like I wantto do now. Thanks in advance for any informed replies!

Hey,

This one's pretty basic, but it'll get you started on creating the base shapes.

For the extra detail I'd recommend doing a google search on some hard surface modeling tutorials in 3ds Max.

Hope that helped,

M.
