When I import autocad file to 3dsmax(2023) program the objects in 3dsmax look unatural like this after I use the extrude tool
By the way I the the unit in autocad is the same in the two programs is in meter

How far away from the orgin 0,0,0 is the mesh? If a long way, you need to move everything to the origin. Max does not have double precision calculations so it does not like it when Autocad sends something over that is 2 miles from the origin.
