Hello , i'm currently have some problem here sometimes in edit poly while i'm moving some vertex in here , the model keep having some weird behavior

Hello,

   You're experiencing this because you have Unconnected vertices, and/or improper arrangement of vertices. Always make sure your model is made of quads (4 vertices) or triangles and not any other N gons, because your second image is showing N gons. See the attachments for better understanding.
