Update the "Waveform Controller"

The controller type called "waveform controller" need updates. right now there is a bunch of Cons for it:

• Couldn't access to it's options for wiring
• Limited to active frame range at the adding time (couldn't update after)
• There is no way to access it through maxscript. link

@RGhost77 Exactly, whatever it is, that must be fast, sufficient and USABLE. right now Waveform Controller just in a few situations is completely USELESS...
