Since 3ds MAX (among others) loses market share, and end users ... before it's too late ...

Before we laughed (looking at them from a distance, from above), because autodesk had the monopoly ( and the best tools ), 3ds MAX, Maya, XSI, ....

But they ALL gained ground, CD4, Modo, Z-Brush, Substance Painter ... and especially HOUDINI.

Do not regade either ... (you go cry) UNITY, Unreal ...

Today I am* forced to leave this "world" for Side FX

The core of 3ds MAX is too corrupt, slow, old ...
I work with Houdini, because no one will take me seriously with 3ds MAX (and I understand them), for over a year.

I feel sad, I lost my time with 3ds MAX for 3 years, (while I use it from version 1 with DOS!)

I teach many people in different countries, my field and animation, VFX, and TV series ...

3ds MAX has lost a lot ... lost too much.

Unfortunately, this is too broad for us to capture in a single Idea. I understand the basis of the concept and if we were to start on something like this, it would span many years.

You've got Combustion and Discreet, now Nuke took everything away ...
You had Mudbox, Zbush took everything away

The field of games, VFX, animation go out your hands...
