Region Render within a Blow-Up window

When you use "blow-up" in the "area to render"on the render setup dialog box, if you notice a mistake in a part of the rendering and want to perform a region render to correct it, you don't have that option. You are forced to re-render the entire image. It would be nice it the region render ability was available

Within our current scope of work, we don't have plans to implement this in the near future.
