quad menus should work with pen stylus

Right click quad menus don't register when right clicking with a pen/stylus.

There are probably a good 100 unsolved threads around the internet on this subject. 

Using a pen stylus on a tablet is really just unsupported without wacom drivers and turning off windows ink. 

This should be supported by autodesk as wacom are not the only ones creating hardware for pen and touch these days.
