Hi there,
we really, desperately need a GLTF importer/exporter that doesn't, well, really suck. Take a look at Babylon exporter, the owners discontinued it's development due to being too busy however that's one example of an excellent feature packed exporter.
I'm certain they'd be happy to relinquish it to Autodesk as well to integrate into 3ds max as they already stated on their forums they are happy to let other people develop it. Luckily someone updated it to work with max 24/25 or I don't know what I'd do really.
I can't even import a GLB file directly to max I have to import to Blender then into fbx or something and only then into Max.
Come now this is an expensive piece of kit and I have to keep jumping into Blender to do basic stuff like the above., which frankly, should be embarrassing for Autodesk. Why bother implementing GLTF 2.0 materials if we can't even export a simple animation to glb natively.
