I've used Max for years but I've recently started fiddling trying to customize the UI color scheme a bit. The light/dark options leave a lot to be desired. I'm a creative-type person and I like to get creative with my workspace. Not trying to compare apples to oranges here but if anyone's familiar with the customization of Zbrush they know you can customize just about everything there down to the most minute details. I just want to change the color scheme a bit and have had to go through a crazy amount of hoops to do so, it is not at all a friendly processs. First had to make a backup save that I constantly had to revert to when going through the customize UI color-changing options the only way to see what an option did was to change it and the only way to revert if I didn't care for it was to revert to my prior settings save. Some options like ribbon colors are apparently only tweakable by poking around in an xaml file with a text editor and hex converter. I've gone for a much darker theme but the title bar is stuck near white, I'd rather get rid of it entirely but there doesn't seem to be any way to do so other than invoking "Expert mode" which hides all menus.
I'd just like more customizability please?
