Modification of the Bridge tool

Need to modify the Bridge tool - add the ability to create a straight Bridge, and rounded, see the screenshot. I would also like to make it interactive: wheel up\down - increase\decrease the number of segments, Ctrl+mouse movement - increase\decrease the roundness parameter, where 0 - straight Bridge, 1 - round. Shift+mouse movement - increase/decrease the paper parameter. Alt+mouse tweak - Twist. You can also add a profile to the paper, you can add shift+Ctrl+mouse movement to switch profiles.

On the screenshot: on the left, the red object is what we have now, on the right - what we would like to see in the future. The text in the red box - stats - at the right of the object 11 segments.

About the bridge tool. Lets say you have a border A with 25 edges that you want to bridge B to another border with 13 edges, the bridge tool will bridge this way (edge A1 to edge B1 then edge A2 to edge B2, etc ...) then you have the option to offset ( edge A1 to edge B2, edge A2 to edge B3, etc ...)

It would be a wondefull option to be able to bridge by distance threshold. (edge A1 and A2 and A3 to edgeB1, then edge A4 and edge A5 to edge B2, etc ...

That would avoid hudge incremental diagonals that can lead to bad triangulation overlapping.

Also, had an issue recently, it seems like the weld operation on a selection of vertices doesn't act as the threshold should behave but instead wait to have all the selected points in the threshold value to weld them all in one vert. Maybe this depends on wether points are edged together or not but should be distance based in relation with each other in every cases.
