Make poly tools more interactive using mouse

When using a modelling tool would be a good idea to change it's parameters using mouse wheel and dragging, we can use also ctrl + mouse wheel.

 

E.g. using chamfer, use mouse wheel (or ctrl+wheel) to select parameter and by click & drag change parameter value.
