Larger Add Texture Element list window

The list window under Render To Texture needs to be made much bigger, and preferably resizable as well. Now that there are many different renderers out there the list becomes quite long and names are being cut off due to the small window size. The Render Elements window (selecting a render element) is much larger, but needs to be made resizeable as well.
