Easier to assign keybinds

Make it easier to find tools in the Customize User Interface. For example add a search option. 

Or have a "Edit keybind mode" where you click on a button and then assign a keybind for it.

Hi Emanuel you can probably have a look at 'Keyhydra' wich will allow you to bind shortcuts easier, create multitap shortcuts, and smart shortcuts [changing behaviours on context]. There is a demo available. We are still supporting it and a V2.0 is almost done. Yes, 3ds max should have this options to improver user producvity since setting shortcuts can be a pain in the ***
But will try experiment this keyhydra. very interesting
