Caddy control improvements

In 3ds max, it's good because I can do other operations with the caddy control turned on
But for that reason, the only input allowed by the caddy control is esc / enter.

It is difficult to move the mouse on a caddy control's small size.
1. Please allow me to resize the caddy control
2. Allow the mouse to autofocus on the caddy control (for example, pressing the tab key moves the mouse to the next spinner)

yes this is one of those things you dont know how much you missed them until you have them. Do you know how other programs deal with these ?
