Better 4K compatability for slate material editor.
When fullscreen at 4k, the slate material editor is so incredible unresponsive while panning around... I can't comprehend how it didn't get fixed in 2019.
I tested this on 3 different computers, and on 3 different versions 2017, 2018, 2019.
I understand that this is very annoying! We actually have this logged as a defect already, so I will ask that this idea post be archived to keep some separation between issues and new ideas.
