Very slow time slider

Hi,

Even with a new scene time slider is slow and jerky (dragging or playing). Dope sheet must be opened to make it a bit smoother. We use the latest 3ds max. 128gb ram, nvme, 4090.  The video is attached   Thanks

Hi,

It is 3ds max 2023.3  Windows 11. 

I am hoping they can fix this bug not only for 2024 but also for 3ds max 2023  Thank you
