Reference, Editable Poly

When I make a copy ( reference ) and use an editable poly on the original object, and change it, the copied object does not change. How to fix it?

It looks like you converted the original object to an Editable Poly, rather than add an Edit Poly modifier.  Once you converted the box, it lost the link to the Reference.
