Hello,

I'm using 3ds max 2017 and AutoCad 2014. When I import a model from AutoCad and select element mode in Mesh or Editable Poly it does not select the whole element but only rhe polygon i clicked on.This aloso affects edit geometry.

I will be very grateful if you can help me.

Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,

Are the other elements selectable in general?  Looks like maybe the elements are not welded.  If you select all your verts and do a weld at a low tolerance, does it resolve the issue?

Best Regards,

Hi @Diffus3d  and thank you ,

I can't try welding them right now because it on my office computer, but I'm pretty shure it can not. This happen to me a while ago ,so I reinstalled all autodesk products and it desappeared.

I think its something im accidentaly doing in autocad ,because in this scene there are objects that i imported earllier and there is nothind wrong with them ...with the same settings for import.
