PC freezes when I start 3D Max

hello, in a long time that started the 3D Max program, the screen freezes and I have to restart the cpu, I searched various forums in Spanish and I can not answer .. I hope you can help me please.
I have a nvidia geforce gtx 960
i7-4790-k. 4.0 ghz
32 gb of ram

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you getting to the splash screen? Is 3ds Max updated with the latest service pack? Have you tried updating your graphics card driver?
