Using OSL Bitmap Lookup nodes causes 100% CPU usage in 10 min when scene saved/loaded with container (saved/loaded) with materials that contain OSL Bitmap Lookup nodes.
Looks like that might be a bug. I'd encourage you to report it. They'll likely get back in touch with you about it.

If possible, can you share a sample scene?
Does the CPU go back to normal after a while, or does it keep increasing over time?
Is there a dedicated GPU, or is it integrated?
Does it happen when switching from Standard to High Quality? If so it's normal since it's forcing the shader compilation.
