New unwrapping / texel density problem

• Hi folks,  Just when I thought I had my unwrapping / texel density sorted.  I created a new model and followed the same procedures that worked perfectly on the previous model but when I bake the maps in Substance painter there is a weird stripe showing.  I have attached a few pics. of my unwrapping ect. Also noticed that when I opened the UV editor it took quite a while for the "flatten" dialogue  to become active.  Just when I thought all was good !

Just think I have solved the problem.  In the model I created a boolean [ as all the parts will be welded together but... I clicked the  Adjust non manifold positions and merge [ Solid Edge Mcad ]  that threw my unwrapping in Max haywire. So now  seems to be good again. Everyday is a learning day.

Just think I have solved the problem.  In the model I created a boolean [ as all the parts will be welded together but...
