I'm building a new pc workstation ( CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x )

and for the graphic card .. the more I search, the more I get confused

i am now between these two cards QUADRO RTX 4000 or RTX 3060 because of the shortages they are the same price now

for rendering interior and exterior shots. using INTERACTIVE render till I am ready to do the final render on the CPU

just please give me a hand and a clear answer the suitable card for me?

using vray, corona, revit, photoshop,
