my 3d max auto back up was overwritten by another file

my 3d max auto back up was overwritten by another file.

it was saved in the autoback I was working on the file and another work came and I opened a new file at the same time, I saved them both and closed the files and my computer. today I came to work and I only found 1 file the new one and the file I was working on was no where to be found and I found that the new file over written it.

how can I get it back

my only copy was the one in the autoback folder.

It is a very, very bad idea to work on autoback-files - if you open one and want to work further on it, always save it elsewhere, e.g. the scenes-folder.

In your case I'm pretty sure that your work is lost.
