Missing Modifier

The array modifier missing is missing from my modifier list, this was happened after 3ds max crashed while I was using the array modifier, I've uninstall 3ds max but it has not resolved the issue, is it possible to get it back

Same thing here, I didnt crash or anything but it's just not showing, any luck with it
