MaxScript auto-load Script error

Every time I start max I'm getting these errors. Fresh install of max 2022

Is this the first time installing 3ds Max 2022? Or is this a reinstall?

Ok, I have seen this before. Give me a couple of minutes.

The solution is for you to download the BulletSharp.dll. If you know someone that you trust and that has 3ds Max 2022, you can ask for that dll and then replace it.

That is weird, there was another user that solved that issue by doing that. I believe this affects the MCGs in case you are using it. This bug was reported to the Dev team. I will keep you updated when I hear something from them.
