Load custom UI broken a leaves max in unusable state that is unrecoverable.

Hi Folks,

When I load a custom UI in 3dsmax 2019 my UI becomes a mess of black bars and they persist even if I try to restore defaults.

Is there any solution to this?

I get the issue from custom UI settings saved from an earlier version of 3dsmax 2019.

Do an 'ENU' reset. Google it or search here as there are lots of threads about doing it. It's super easy and non-destructive if you save the current one. However, it sounds like the current one is a mess so maybe no reason to save it.
