Liquid Simulation learning resources

Hi 

I'm looking for resources to learn and dig in deeper intoo liquid simulations...

I'm especially interested in visualizing white water, l'au sauvage, wild wasser and create realistic eddies and stoppers as we call them in white water kayaking

Foam creation in water simulations...

So related books, links, tutorials are more then welcome....

btw I'm working on model, a part of the river Sesia (piedmonte),  i got using a drone and photogrammetry..
