i have a problem with 3 ds max 2017 in my pc, the workspace is in black i cant view the objects an nothing all see in black, somebody help me please, an i listen can the openGL o directx , can be the traject graphics. how i ifixit this problem . thanks

I'd like to help you with this issue. This typically means that the current graphics card is not supported, can you please tell me which graphics card you currently have? If it doesn't work in DX or OpenGL it may be that the graphics hardware isn't sufficient. Thanks for the information.
