My 3ds max crash in high quality mode My computer have: gtx 970 -4g 16g ram intel core i7 quadcore 2,9 what i can do to stop the program crashing ?

I'd like to help with this issue, can you please let me know which version of 3ds Max you are using as well as which version of windows?  Also, can you please list any plugins you have installed?  Thank you very much for doing so.
