File save error

Hi

Everything normal in my 3ds Max, excluding one thing.

Program get an error message if i save as archive.

Error message is:

File save error

File archive failed ( code 1 )

My system is windows 7 64x

a sufficient hardware is available

Hi, if you create a new scene, probably you won't have this problem, if this is the case, probably the solution is just below.

i think this problem is related to your assets. Check your asset (shift+t) and make sure you don't have the same maps pointing to multiple folders. If it's the case, repath those maps to the same sources folder.

Also, check your save path in render settings, common tab, render output and make sure the path is correct, if used.

I search it on google, everyone saying about assets, but same in new ( empty ) scene.

Dear Sir,

I have  faced the same problem 

archive save error code -1

there are some administrator policies which are sometimes blocked by antivirus or by company to secure from virus.

Batch and zip extension block from GP (group policy)

I have solved this issue as mentioned in my previous comments that some software been blocked by antivirus or by company policies to secure the system from attacking virus.

when you click on save as >>>> archive >>> then select any location where you want to save >> press save 

after this it gives you an error 

File save error

File archive failed ( code 1 )

that's because of cmd.exe , which is sometimes blocked and creation process of archive file based on  cmd.exe software as I showed in below images, so if its blocked it will give you the same error as mentioned above
