cut section?

Hi everyone,


Im doing my final year project for bachelor interior architecture.I just want to ask is there any easiest way that i can do cut section in 3dmax2010 for my modelling?Because in sketch up there have section plane and its easy to do section..hope i can get a quick responce.

If you just want to slice through the object use the Slice Plane (Editable Poly > Polygon SO level > Geometry rollout > Slice Plane).

If you want the Shape of the slice rather then actually slicing it, Create Panel > Shapes > Section.
