Hi,

This looks like an 'out-of-memory' error (MNMath.dll is writing memory to disk, disk might be full or RAM runs out, either way something is causing a memory leak/overflow), from possibly having a dodgy material or mesh in your scene. Looks like you're going to have to strip the scene to find the culprit.
You can do this by halving the scene, try render again, if it crashes, halve it again... until it doesn't crash.
This is pretty much the only way to find out what is causing the bad geometry or material.
Unless you might have an idea what the bad geometry or material might be?

Hi,

Which rendering engine are you using? Can you possibly try to turn on the material override setting?

This might let you be able to work out if it's a material problem or a geometry problem.
Is it still giving the exact same error?
Also are the computer specs above the recommended for 3DSMax?
Dedicated Graphics card, enough RAM, etc...

Seems like a very capable workstation.
My only other advice would be perhaps go through these links here

to see if anything sounds similar and hopefully you can find a solution.

It seems to crashing out at the pre-processing stage, where it is gathering information about the scene, so maybe check your vRay proxies to see if there is any corruption there?

every time install different error

still we have error.

the scene which we render is created in 2022 3dsmax version is that an issue?

Re-image the pc and reinstall everything. If error persists, contact Autodesk Support  😏
