crash when trying to render/IPR

hello

windows 11 / max 2023 / corona 11.1 

cpu 14700k / ram corsair 2*16gb / mb asus z790

guys , when i want to have interactive render or even final render , max was crashed and closed program.
sometimes worked but when i change anything in scene , again crashed and closed.

my hardware test is ok.
changed windows once and install software again.

cooling is ok.

You might try uninstalling Corona, rebooting and reinstalling it. I have V-Ray but Chaos owns both programs. I've had this issue with V-Ray and reinstalling it with the latest version solved the problem.

I will do what you say tomorrow definately. 🙏

But i must say , before i reinstalled windows , i has both softwares , vray 6.2 and corona 11.1 

And unfortunately both of them had similar problem.

And this softwares worked properly about 4/5 months.

No new plugin / no update any sofware or plugin / no install any other autodesk product

Do you think problem could be from sofware or hardware?

my pc problem are fixed when i reinstalling corona to latest version , exactly what you said.
