Cloth doesnt work with collision object_(scene file provided)

My problem is that when I add a collision object the simulation stops working properly.
So in my scene I have object called "Plane036" which has cloth modifier. Also there is a throw tassels object ("Line029") that is skinwrapped to the Plane036 by using skinwrap modifier. And collision object named "Object001". Also object "Plane036" is pinned to the object "Throw_ready2" in the Cloth modifiers properties by using "Group" and "node" so that it doesnt fall on the floor when the simulation is played. The tassels should fall on the collision object - "Object001" nicely, without being disconnected from the "Throw_ready2" but this is not happening. There is either a mess or simulation just doesnt work. Please help me with this, its very important for me to find out what is going on. And let me know which setting you used for this to work.
