Cant move or delete faces in 3ds Max 2019

Having similar issues. Can't delete objects or faces on objects in my scene. 3ds Max 2019. Restarting isn't fixing it.

Have installed the security patch provided by Autodesk linked above. Installed, nothing changed.

Ran the checker in MaxScript Listener - returned False.

Thanks for bringing this issue to the forums! I'm curious, have you tried opening a blank scene, navigating to File > Merge and see if you can then select objects within the scene?

Is this the case for newly created objects within the same scene?

If you can provide a file with this issue, i would love to test things on my end 😄
