Hi everyone,  We have just added support for the 3 3ds Max virus everyone is getting.

No one get a 3ds max vius unless your using torrents or you download 3ds max illegally, which one would be againist the law and you could be sued by autodesk if they find you have download it or any other software from autodesk

That's not entirely true. For example, we've seen some 3rd party 3d content that contained scripts which triggered some bad behavior when loaded into 3ds Max. They did also seem to spread to other files you loaded into 3ds Max, spreading much like a "virus" would.

8 years in 3ds max and i only seen virus in software and script that has been illegally downloaded wihch contains virus/spyware.

This has nothing to do this downloading Hacked software or a PC virus! 

This has to do with a malicious scripted added to a controller.  That corrupts your max scene, removes objects, disables the undo system, and a few other things.

You have just read the post and really not understanding what we are trying to tell you.

I would like to make a note that the ALC/CRP issue has been well documented in the articles you mentioned earlier, and in this forum thread. Autodesk has just released an app store download to clean and resolve this issue from 2015-2018 versions of the software.

Here is the app store download for everyone to access.

I appreciate you posting here, and the tool you helped develop looks really great 😄
