Cannot import or link Revit file into 3ds Max. Error 81

I have Revit 2023 and 3Ds Max 2023, both worked completely fine a week ago. I tried linking a newer revit model into 3ds max, but it showed an error, "importing Revit files is currently unavailable, please try again later. error 81". It worked fine before, but now I cannot import or link any revit files.

have you found any solutions for this problem (error 81) ? because I have the exact same issue in 3ds max 2024.
