Hello,
I have a new computer where I reinstalled the same version of Backburner on it but I can't connect to the Manager from 3dsm.
Connecting to the manager with the monitor is not a problem, same with server I can connect too.
I restart all the computers again but nothing seems to work 😞
What could be the problem ? This is the net-render window:
Thanks for your help

Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,
There are two main things that may be happening here. The first is that your Windows firewall and possibly a 3rd party firewall is blocking the connection. More info here. Keep in mind that even if you use a 3rd party firewall, you still need to do this in Windows firewall.
The second thing to try is to uncheck Automatic Search and instead type in the name or IP address of your manager machine. If that is the same computer you are submitting from, you can try "localhost".
Can you please try those things for me? Thanks!

Thanks for your answer.
Because I didn't have "immediately" an answer I just "switched" the master & client from computer (and this worked like a charm) so for now I don't need to solve my problem anymore.
If I may have to switch it again I will look for the firewall thing, I guess this will be the problem.
Thanks anyway for your answer.
Ok sounds good @Anonymous and thanks for the update. You can post directly in this thread if that day comes and I'll respond. Thanks very much for keeping me informed.
