Animation Problem

I'm having trouble with using the animation. I am trying to get a material to scroll at a constant speed, but when i try to change it so it will stay that way, i get an out speed of .333 on my first key point and an in speed of .333 on my last point. I try to change them but they are locked and it will not let me change the values. Is there a setting i may have on that does not allow custom values?

go to track view , search the Medit(or the object with that mat aplied) and change the animated parameter curve to linear since default is beizer.

That didn't seem to work. I can almost do what i want by making more points though but that really bugs me. I tried that but it still seems to like to slow down and speed up near the points.

What does the Curve Editor look like?

For constant speed you need to set the In-Out interpolation to Linear.

You should only need 2 keyframes for constant movement.

Post a screen grab of your Curve Editor, or better yet, zip the max file with just the animated material, and post it here.
