3DS max crashes after a very short while being opened, even with a blank file - please help me I'm desperate :(

Hello community,

Since I installed 3DS max it crashes after a very short time being opened. I have been having this issue for several weeks now. I have tried many troubleshooting solutions , it still does not work. Ultimately I did a complete restauration of my PC so that is clean without any softwares. I did install again 3DS max , it still crashes every time I open a file. I am completely stuck and cannot work on 3DS max. Please help me I really don't know what to do anymore... I have tried to talk to the senior technical team over email but it's been a week and no one has got back to me.

Here is an example of the error report detail I get every time:

You said you have tried many troubleshooting solutions. It would help if you listed those that someone doesn't suggest something you've already tried. But I have a few thoughts. 

It sounds like a video card problem since the error is in QT6Gui.dll. But looking that dll up, I found this. It's not Max related but it's the same error. It might help:   https://forum.qt.io/topic/158336/the-qt6gui-dll-on-eventvwr-unknown-error

What are your machine specs? What is your video card and how old it is? Have you run a checker to test your RAM? These are things that can cause problems. 

Sorry I don't have more specific suggestions, just pulling at straws here for common things. Hopefully you can somehow reconnect with that senior tech support contact.

I have the same error. Did you solve it
