3ds max 2024.1 dragging modifiers stops working

 I found an error in 3ds max 2024.1 windows 11 stops working dragging modifiers to objects in view from object to object, stops working not immediately, if you open the explorer window via open file, after that, dragging modifiers stops working until the program is restarted.
