3ds MAX 2018 Crash when opening scene file HELP!

Hello everyone, I have a strange problem I have sample scene and when I try to open it on my workstation it crashs 3ds max 2018 "an error has occurred and the application will close" in the same time it opens fine on my laptop!? what should I do? Re-install I have done many times.

Thank you so much but that didn't help at all that's why I already  Preform a clean uninstall, what makes me go crazy is that the files are working fine on my laptop!, it can be GPU drivers or any Hardware related problem?

Hi @Fahad_ALAsmari,

 

Since it only affects the 3ds Max 2018 on your workstation, it could be a hardware or driver issue. Check out the suggestions in this Autodesk Solution:

Hi @jeffrey.sin

 

I tried all of these recommendations and followed countless other ideas to solve this exact issue but it still isn't working on my end. My 3dsMax 2018 starts up fine and all of the functionality works, but when I open ANY max file, even ones that worked fine yesterday it just crashes and gives me the same error, I even did a Clean Uninstall and a System Restore to week back, This issue still persists. 

 

Any other ideas?
