I wanted to check if there is a possibility with which I can avoid to actually move my object or scale it but rather use a kind of alias that does scaling and moving but the actual object isn't touched. The point is I want to be flexible but not change the size of my actual object.
Sure, just use a dummy or point-helper and link the object to it. Instead of animating the object directly, you will animate the helper object. The object will inherit the transform of the parent->helper object.
Also you can store and animate the transform directly in the stack of the object by using the x-form modifier.
