Lipsync Pack (3dsMax) vs. just buying Voice-O-Matic

Should I buy the full blown Lipsync Pack or can I get away with just buying Voice-O-Matic - I have a short scene in an animation, where two guys are having a brief discussion.

Voice-O-Matic is quite powerful on its own.

The lipsync pack is useful if the other plugins will benefit you. I quite like Pose-O-Matic, but there are some scripts floating around that peform a similar function.

Morph-O-Matic has some powerful functions if you're big on morphing. I do like the tools to assist with material morphing, and the ability to blend morphs and create a new morph target from that.

It's been awhile since I've used these plugins. My current setup involves BonyFace.
